HandledIQ is software for home service shops. Ironclad Solutions LLC operates it ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

Shops that use HandledIQ, the people who work for them, homeowners and residents those shops serve, and anyone who visits handlediq.com.
What we collect
- From shops and their staff: names, work emails, phone numbers, sign-in details and the work records they create, such as jobs, visits, photos, readings, estimates and invoices.
- About homeowners and residents: what a shop enters to do the job: names, addresses, phone numbers, equipment at the house and the history of visits.
- From this website: what you type into our forms, and basic technical data such as your browser and the pages you open.
Why we use it
- To run HandledIQ for the shop: booking, dispatch, visits, messages, estimates, invoices and payments.
- To keep the record of the work accurate and provable.
- To support, secure and improve the product.
- To reply when you contact us.
What we never do
- We never sell personal data.
- We never show a homeowner's phone number on a shared house page.
- We never let a model approve anything that touches money or customers. A person does.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run HandledIQ, such as hosting, messaging and payment processing, and only for that purpose. Card payments run through a PCI-certified processor, and card numbers never touch our servers. We share data when the law requires it.
Shops control their records
The work records a shop creates belong to that shop. The shop decides what to keep, and can export all of it at any time. If you're a homeowner and want your information changed or removed, ask the shop that serves you, or contact us and we help.
How long we keep it
As long as the shop's account is active, and after that only as long as the law or a legitimate business need requires. Corrections add to the record instead of erasing it, so the history of the work stays honest.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Access follows each person's role. Every action leaves a record of who did it and when. Read more on our security page.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Use our contact page and we respond.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Big changes get an email to shop owners before they take effect.
