These terms cover your use of HandledIQ and handlediq.com. Ironclad Solutions LLC ("we", "us") operates HandledIQ. By using HandledIQ you agree to them. Your signed order form or agreement, if you have one, wins where it differs.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for giving your staff the right roles.
Fees and billing
Your fees, billing period and renewal terms are in your order form. We email you before every renewal. Taxes owed appear as their own line on your invoice.
Your data
You own the records your shop creates. You give us permission to store and process them only to run HandledIQ for you. You can export everything at any time. When you leave, you keep your export.
Messages to your customers
HandledIQ sends texts and emails in your shop's name. You confirm you have permission to contact the people you message, and you follow the laws that apply to those messages.
Acceptable use
Don't use HandledIQ to break the law, to send spam, to harm anyone or to get into accounts or data that aren't yours.
Changes and availability
We improve HandledIQ all the time. If a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you first. We work to keep HandledIQ available and to fix problems fast.
Ending your plan
You can stop at the end of any billing period. We can end an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.
Limits
HandledIQ is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
